The history of our restaurant has for many years been inextricably linked to that of our family. It all began in the 60s, with the passion of the historic owner, Ernesto Cesari, always engaged in the catering industry. In the 70s Ernesto opened his first restaurant in Lucca, a pizzeria bar.
In 1987 the adventure continues with the inauguration of the current headquarters, born as a pizzeria and spaghetteria on the wave of requests and trends of the moment.
With time, then, we specialized in the typical Tuscan cuisine and Lucca in particular. We only choose ingredients of the highest quality, seasonal and always in compliance with our extraordinary gastronomic tradition.
Since 1987, K2 restaurant has grown and expanded. At first smaller and then widening to welcome with its magical atmosphere local customers and tourists, so as to be considered a real hangout for families in Lucca, for young people, for students and for groups of friends.
